1991 Red Table Wine Our proprietary red is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot. Exceptionally balanced with a complete aromatic profile. Fleshy red fruit, black raspberry, bright red cherry leading to a medium/full bodied wine with nice texture and length. This blended style of wine is all the rage in the cult wine world; they are robust and yet approachable when young. We blend our best lots into this wine, creating a wine with Diamond Mountain character and broad appeal.
