Graeser Winery 2004 Semillon

Our 2004 Semillon is lush with fresh apricot and cream aromas. The wine is medium to full bodied with a full range of tropical flavors, pear, and melon with an almost nutty finish. The wine will gain complexity and pick up a honeyed, nutty character as time goes by. The perfect white wine to stock up on, for those that enjoy serious white wines but are a little tired of Chardonnay. Great with shellfish, cheese, chicken dishes and perfect for anytime sipping.

Graeser Winery 2003 Late Harvest Semillon 

Our late harvest Semillon was picked at 30% sugar and bottled with 4.5% residual sugar. The results offer an inviting nose of honeyed tropical fruits, candied peach and floral. The texture is rich and seamless with beautiful balance of sweetness, ripe fruit and underlying acidity. The perfect way to end a meal, all by itself or served with apple, pear or peach desserts.
