Late Harvest Semillon - 2003

Our late harvest Semillon was picked at 30% sugar and bottled with 4.5% residual sugar. The results offer an inviting nose of honeyed tropical fruits, candied peach and floral. The texture is rich and seamless with beautiful balance of sweetness, ripe fruit and underlying acidity. The perfect way to end a meal, all by itself or served with apple, pear or peach desserts.
