2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate

 With a beautiful bouquet of yellow plum, carnations, raspberries and chocolate, our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate has notes of cherry, sweet Damson plum, raspberry, cassis and blackberry on the palate, with warm spice, vanilla and mocha showing aft.  The aftertaste echoes lovely plum, toasty mocha, and berry fruit notes.  Aged forty-six months in oak, our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is perhaps our best and most balanced effort with this varietal ever!  As with all our estate wines, while it drinks beautifully at the present, it makes a superb candidate for your cellar, and will provide drinking enjoyment for the next twenty years.  Its elegant character, and rich Cabernet backbone, make it an extraordinary partner to finely seasoned game dishes, filets, and roasts.
